Our practice provides care across the lifespan, supporting children, teens, and adults through ADHD, complex trauma, and other challenges such as identity exploration, OCD, chronic illness, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. We focus on helping clients of all ages build resilience, leverage their strengths, and feel truly understood at every stage of life.

Our work is grounded in effective, research-backed approaches — including IFS, DBT, ACT, EFT, Play Therapy, and more — but always tailored to you. Every session is a collaborative process, designed to support your emotional insight, growth, and connection to self.
Sessions range from 45-55 minutes depending on client needs and preferences.
